Paper Version

Collective-Allies-first-draft-082516-small-thumbThe paper version is available for downloading and printing out. One topic per print out. The top area is for you to write out the topics of your alliance. It can be any subject, activity or interest you share and want to grow. The next line labeled "ally" is where you write in the name and contact info for a person who is also interested in that topic and has agreed to be in communication about it. The column to the right, under "Frequency" is where you put how often you plan to communicate with that person. For example: Every Friday, or the first Sunday of each month. Or on the full moon. Remember; you are agreeing to get in contact with them on that those days by you chosen method: E-mail, phone, or text. Your goal is to share with them in any way you choose on that topic, whether they are available or not. Leaving a message is acceptable. After you agree upon a contact frequency, program a reminder into your calendar or alarm clock.

There are spaces to add an mentor, apprentice, and roll model, but those are not required. The bottom area labeled "Declarations and Revelations" is where you put goals, information, and notes that are important and you want to remember. Each time you contact your ally, you can add a sentence or bullet about what you shared. Be sure to date each entry. Once that area is filled up, you can write on the back of the paper.
